Dear Friends,
How are you today? I hope all is going well with you and you are tremendously Blessed! I been fine! Glory be to God! So today I have a quick message for you, not too long. I know I always say that but… So with nothing further to say, let’s gets started.
So this past week, I have been going through a tight but slight situation. I was feeling just really down, discourage, and discomfort. I was feeling a little bit of hopelessness and helplessness. But God is Always Good. And He is Word is Always True and will come to past. But at that moment I had forgotten it. So I went to sleep like that but joy came in the morning when He directed me to Romans 4. Right there in the 18-21 verse, my help was released. It brought me such confront gladness and joy. It restored my hope so I could go on!! Thank You, Jesus!!
Romans 4:18-21 (NIV)
18 Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, “So shall your offspring be.”[a] 19 Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead —since he was about a hundred years old —and that Sarah’s womb was also dead. 20 Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, 21 being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised.
These verses became my deliver sent by God that morning. I was renewed and refreshed, filled to the brim with joy and hope. Theses verses are so powerful and is an example of how we should view and always believe in God and what He is GOING to do. Abraham hoped when there was nothing to hope in. His faith did not leave him but instead it gave him power. He never doubted God promises instead he praised God. He was absolutely sure that God can do what He said He could do. (This is what my verses say in my Bible. Today’s English Version.)
That is why it gave me so much hope because it made me think that if Abraham believed when he couldn’t physically see what God was doing, why can’t I? If God eventually gave Abraham what he wanted, why wouldn’t He do it for me? It even says in the Bible that it was because of Abraham faith that he became the “father of many nations” which was what God promised him. But it was Abraham’s faith in God, even when things didn’t seem right, that made God say, you know what he has great faith in Me, he will certainly be the “father of many nations. “
Abraham faith didn’t leave him. He always kept his faith in God and His promises and he continued to praise God. How many of us do that, Praise God before we receive something? Most of us wait until the promise comes to past until we began praising. Abraham ABSOLUTELY knew that God could do anything He said He could do! These verses blow my mind. How power are these words and how powerful is Abraham’s faith. It fills me with hope. Abraham’s faith is contiguous. This is how we should view God and He’s great promises. Because they WILL COME to pass. This is the amount of faith we should have because we know the Father and we know He could do absolutely ANYTHING He wants.
Today, I want to encourage you to keep the Faith. Increase your faith by knowing that God doesn’t break promise, not one, and even when you don’t see anything, God is still working and will bring His promises to past. God is a Good God. One thing I know for myself about God is that He is Faithful. Trust Him, Believe in Him, have Faith in Him. Because God is for you and not against you. All things will work out for you good if you love Him and are called according to His purpose. Even when you don’t see anything changing around you, or things getting better, HOPE!! God will do what He say He will do. I want you guys to have a new attitude, a new intake on life, one filled with hope , positivity, and expectancy. Go out into the world sharing God’s goodness and have a very Blessed and Happy week. Until we meet again, God Bless!!
God is Love,
O, LORD! My Strength!
Many Blessings, DLaShawn
